Should have been titled Coppola's Dracula as the director, although adapting the original material, proceeds to a substantial transfiguration. The film is a constant dialogue between two great artists, making use of aesthetics and themes most pertinent to their time. The book serves as a revered foundation, on which the director builds upon layers of subtext, a new story & meanings

没太看懂。。译制片翻译太烂了。。

只需看片名就知道了内容，这些片一向如此。其实这种大片，多少都会有一些细节，带给你一点感动，一点激励鼓舞，哪怕很短暂，结尾字幕一出便忘记，这就足够了。

每一个怂逼男人都是非得把错怪罪到别人身上，然后再做一些傻逼的事儿来惩罚自己，让自己解脱。关键是，每一个怂逼男人不管再怎么惩罚自己，始终都不能明白，也学不会检讨自己。片子比我想象中好，放了两年，现在拿出来看，可能更能明白其中的意境。大都市繁华的背后，总是掩盖了许多迷失的心灵。
